Housing Services is please to be able to offer short-term temporary on-campus housing in the form of Guest Suites in Gunsaulus Hall. Units vary in size from studios to one bedroom. Units are equipped with private bath, refrigerator, telephone, color television, air-conditioning, microwave or stove, eating utensils, etc. If staying 3 or more days, housekeeping services will begin on the third day and will be available every other day. Also housekeeping service is not available on weekends. Please know that official university guests and guest of campus residents have booking priority.

To make a reservation, please contact Housing Services by email: guestsuites@iit.edu or by calling: 312.567.5075. Payments must be made in advance by either check, cash, credit card or IIT IDR. Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund; cancellations received between 48-hours and 2 weeks prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made less than 48-hours in advance.
